You can feel good about the food we serve here. In our bagel shop, we serve Authentic NYC, kettle-boiled bagels, and bialys. They are shipped directly to us from the city, where we then thaw and bake them to perfection. Why don’t we make them? We all know that the best and most delicious bagels come from NYC. We’ve heard it’s the NYC water that makes these bagels so delicious. They have a glossy sheen and crunch on the outside with a chewy, soft inside. Our bagels and bialys are all-natural, kosher, free of preservatives, artificial flavors, colors, and dough conditioners.
