In our bagel shop we serve Authentic NYC, kettle boiled bagels and bialys. They are shipped directly to us from the city where we then thaw and bake to perfection. Why don’t we make them? We all know that the best and most delicious bagels come from NYC. We’ve heard it’s the NYC water that makes these bagels so delicious. They have a glossy sheen and crunch on the outside with a chewy, soft inside. Our bagels and bialys are all-natural, kosher, free of preservatives, artificial flavors, colors and dough conditioners.
